Zero Cakes Privacy Policy

Zero Cakes is a mobile ordering app operated by Zero Coffee. This Privacy Policy explains how Zero Coffee collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Zero Cakes mobile app.

Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill that order, including your name, phone number, selected products, selected customization options, quantities, order total, delivery method, desired preparation date, delivery address and delivery zone for courier delivery, and any order comments or delivery notes you provide.

If you allow location access, the app uses your device's precise foreground location to help you choose a delivery point on the map. The selected latitude and longitude are sent to Zero Coffee and stored with the delivery address and order so the order can be fulfilled. Location access is optional: you can deny it, enter an address manually, and change the permission later in your device settings.

Online card payments are processed on payment pages hosted by our payment provider, Payriff. Zero Coffee does not store full payment card numbers in the Zero Cakes app or backend. We may store payment status, payment provider order identifiers, transaction references, and payment timestamps to process and reconcile orders.

The app stores cart contents locally on your device. The exact in-progress checkout request and guest order references (the order identifier and checkout phone number) are kept in the platform's secure device storage so the app can safely retry an interrupted checkout and show recent guest orders. The in-progress checkout record is normally removed after a terminal outcome is confirmed and safe local cleanup succeeds. It may be retained temporarily when the outcome is uncertain or recovery or support is still required. Guest order references remain until app data is cleared, and operating-system secure storage may persist across reinstall on some platforms. Our servers and infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request metadata, timestamps, and error logs for security, diagnostics, and service operation.

How We Use Information

We use information to accept and fulfill orders, calculate prices, process payments, show order status, support customers, operate and secure the service, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising tracking. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, including hosting providers, storage providers, payment processors, maps or geocoding providers, delivery and operations staff, and customer support tools. These providers should use information only to provide services to Zero Coffee.

For paid-order alerts, an internal Telegram chat may receive only a shortened order reference, payment status, order total, and a link to the protected Zero Cakes admin panel. Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, comments, and item details are not included in the Telegram alert.

Accounts

The v1 Zero Cakes mobile app is designed for guest checkout and does not require users to create an account inside the app. Guest order references are stored locally on the device.

Retention and Deletion

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting, tax, or legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting cakes@zerocoffee.online. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business, security, accounting, or legal reasons.

Children

Zero Cakes is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
