Zero Cakes Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Zero Cakes mobile app and to orders placed through the app. Zero Cakes is operated by Zero Coffee.

Orders

Zero Cakes lets customers order cakes, pastries, and related physical goods. Products and customization options are limited to the choices shown in the app. Product photos are provided for reference and the final handmade product may have reasonable visual differences.

An order is considered accepted after the online card payment is successfully confirmed. An unpaid, canceled, or failed payment does not start production. Zero Coffee may contact you by phone to confirm details, availability, or delivery timing before production or delivery.

Delivery Area

Delivery is available in Baku. If a delivery address is outside the available service area or cannot be served at the requested time, Zero Coffee may contact you to change the order, offer pickup, or cancel the order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the app before checkout. Delivery is free when no paid delivery zones are configured. If paid delivery zones are available, the fee for the selected zone is shown during checkout and included in the total. Payment is made online by card through Payriff or another payment provider used by Zero Coffee.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may request to cancel an order before production starts. Once production has started for an individual or customized order, cancellation or refund is not guaranteed. If an order is incorrect, damaged, or cannot be fulfilled, contact support as soon as possible so Zero Coffee can review the issue.

Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information. If Zero Coffee cannot reach you using the phone number provided at checkout, the order may be delayed, changed, or canceled.

Guest Checkout

The v1 Zero Cakes mobile app does not require users to create an account. Order references may be stored locally on your device so you can view recent guest orders.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without authorization, submit fraudulent orders, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Privacy

Information collected through the app is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Changes

Zero Coffee may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
